Anyone noticed new design for some Pokemons?

Saw the Gyarados change some minutes ago and nearly freaked out since I thought I got a shiny :D

Anyone else had that stupid moment? Just to see all the other Gyarados look alike.. :D

I don't like the change tbh but I think it's a test trial for shinies just like how they did with genders. We all know shiny Gary is red but this might suggest we could be getting shinies soon.

and i have not even updated yet as its not showing up on the store.

so it has been done before that update it seems.

Vaporeon looks to be slightly different. Looks like they added more contrast to the pokemons.

Are Arcanine's stripes darker?

Exeggutor's top looks darker in places too.

Gyarados was the only change.
And it seems that it's because shiny Magikarps and Gyarados started to appear.
