Is anyone having issues with gifts dropping from pokestops/gyms today?

I have done about 30 and so far not a single gift has dropped!! I have 0 gifts, my bag is not full and the last gift I got from a pokestop was yesterday morning. I have reported it but just curious if it's just me

Maybe you are full of gifts. Maximum 10 gifts I think (or maybe 15)

How many gifts have you already sent today? I've read there is a cap on sending 100 gifts per day, and after you hit that cap I think you do not receive any gifts from pokestops.

(I have nowhere near that amount of friends, so no personal experience.)

I haven't sent any yet. The last lot I sent was 24 hrs ago. I have over 100 friends but have never managed to send to them all because I don't have time to do that many pokestops.
