Anyone else?

So I connected my Google fit to pokemon go a few days ago and my pokemon go will not update the steps I take even though my google fit says i have walked a lot, etc. Is this happening to anyone else? Is there anyway I can reset this and try connecting to my google fit again and see if that works?

Are you making sure the PoGo app is FULLY closed?

Same issue and of course double checked that app was fully closed since everyone thinks this is the answer, but no improvement here

At least it works fine the other way round. When my Google fit is closed, it tracks the distance and steps that I walk with PoGo app open.

Check if Google fit and Pogo have storage permission.
