Anyone can help me with my GoTcha
Hey guys, i have some troubles to connect my GoTcha. I use a Samsung A3 2017.
Sometimes i can pair the GoTcha ingame but most times not.
When the GoTcha is paired it works perfect for one hour!

I can never get my Gotcha to work anymore. I thought it was broken so I bought another one. Same thing happened. When I press the round circle to turn it on to pair, it immediately shuts off. I press it again and it looks like it works then shuts off. If I keep pressing it, it will cycle though the options like normal, however goes blank a half a second after touching it. It has happened on a friends Gotcha as well. I don’t know if this is a common problem or not. I just ended up buying a Go Plus. I’ve never had any issues with that. I figured an update they released doesn’t work with the gotcha. I use an iPhone.

Have you paired your Gotcha with multiple devices? This exact issue happened to me because I tried it out on another phone. This would continue even if not actively paired on the second phone.
The fix is to forget the Bluetooth device on all devices and repair to only the device you want to use it with. This is actually a great fix to any gotcha issues. Just forget it completely and repair.
For clarity, I mean forget the device in your Bluetooth device settings, not within Pokémon Go. Hope this helps!
For the Iphone there is a firmware update available in the appstore that resolves some connectivity issues, not sure if there is something similar for Android.
If you haven't already tried it, it's worth a shot to go to the Bluetooth devices on your phone and remove it from there and attempt to pair it again.
Sometimes mine works great, other times it has a problem keeping a connection, I haven't figured out the correlation yet. It's possible that there is interference from other Bluetooth devices but that is just a guess on my part.
