Any use for prestigers at all?

Seems like the new system makes prestigers totally worthless or am I missing something?

yep, you don't need to train your own gyms annymore, they open with 6 spots. This will free up alot of space in my pokemon storage :D

Yeah, but we will lose the fun of assembling a great and diverse team of prestigers. I guess only the elite mon are interesting now.

Not at all imo. I'm going to have alot of fun creating a diverse team of defenders with good defensive stats now that cp doesn't determine their order annymore.

And since all 6 pokemon will have to be of a different species you can just create a diverse team of attackers to.

But that's just me, I like diversity, so I'll play that way. I know there will be others that will stick to the best pokemon.

It would be good if they introduced some CP-capped gyms with various limits, say, 1000, 1500, and 2000 (in addition to unlimited gyms, of course). That would make cool mons with lower stats useful.

I hate to see mons like Raichu and Skarmory and Wigglytuff become useless, but I don't mind not having to keep an army of 10-11 Sneasels and Lanturns.

That idea would be awesome, especially with how many stops they are making gyms now. to have gyms be random caps. and attackers must be same CP. would love to see that.
