Any use for Porygon2?

Got this lvl 22 96 IV Porygon2 with hidden power (dragon type) and hyper beam. Would you power it up? or can it be used to prestige?

Pretty good prestiger, and that's a great moveset for that purpose.

HP Ice would've been a lot better than Dragon but unfortunately there's no changing that. Might be a decent prestiger.

Dragonite is double sensitive to Ice attacks. He has two types (Dragon and Flying) which are both sensitive to Ice attacks, so they do 1.25^2 = 1.56 times the damage.

Not only that, HP Ice has very good type coverage allowing it to hit Flying, Ground, Dragon, and Grass super-effectively.

I literally have the same moveset on a 91 IV he is around 1420 CP. I didn’t know but I guess he evolves in Gen 4 so there is no use in powering him up max, but I have been using him as a prestige and he is not bad.

I'd recomend you not to invest stardust, as he migth end up with an awful moveset when he eventually become a Porygon-Z. Having said that, it's still a 96% IV pokemon, so even with a bad moveset he migth end up being valuable, and maybe at some point between here and gen 4, we'll get a way to reroll/control the movesets we get.
