Any Level 8+ Ingress Player (retired or not)?
Trainers from small cities in Brazil used to play Ingress till level 8 to allow creating portals, then Niantic transformed the accepted ones in Pokéstops or Gyms.
I created an acc to try it but there are only 1 portal on my city so its too slow to farm level 8 ='(. Can someone who play ingress here reach Level 8 for me or its too boring? maybe it only takes a few days, i rlly dont know. If you have an old account which you will never use again, i would love it too just to try open some portals here and nothing more, i wont play Ingress.

I'll explain and make a little correction.
Level 8 players in the ingress can require portals and players of level 12 or higher can evaluate the portals. To request the portal you must be in the place where you want it to be created, there are videos on youtube to learn how. It takes 10 evaluators, 5 of each team (two teams), the average of the evaluations should be positive for the portal to be created, the evaluators can be up to 300km from the portal, they do not have to be local players. The people who will evaluate are chosen randomly from the evaluators available in the region when they are using the evaluation function.
A portal does not necessarily become a pokestop, for example a new portal very close to another portal that is a pokestop does not migrate to the pokémon go.
Thanks man. My problem is to reach level 8 here cuz there is no Ingress players and portals (only one). I just want some level 8+ Ingress player who let me use his acc for 1 day just to TRY request some portals, its the chance to get some pokestops and gyms here. Can you help me? my acc is level 2, would take a year to reach level 8 haha. I have two options:
1 - A angel who can reach level 8 with my level 2 Ingress acc; or
2 - A angel who have a level8+ account and let me use it just for one day.
I'm sorry but I can't. In addition to not having reached level 8 yet, i'm almost L7, lending accounts goes against the rules of the game and in it the bans work and come fast, different from the Pokemon go, things are taken much more seriously in the ingress, even if I had already reached level 8 I wouldn't risk my account.
