Any idea what Happened?

I got my breakthrough today and was saving until after the eevee event to catch raikou, I claimed the rewards before then ran from the raikou because I knew it would stay (ive done this before with all the breakthroughs to pinab them) However I just keeps coming up with this screen every time I click the breakthrough

There is nothing you can do now until niantic fix this bug. Its a known issue in the last update.

well...when did the last update come out?I know that I got it yesterday or the day before, but I know iOS people get it earlier

111.4 is the buggy version.
if you can find a device that is running 111.3 version the game, you can then log in to the game using that device then you'll be able to clear out your stack of mons.
