Any further credible leaks/speculation about Gen 4 release and/or stardust event?

The Safari Zone event in Japan will be from 29 August to 2 September and the Global Challenge will be on 1 to 2 September, so I guess the stardust event would be from 3 to 10 September (the XP and candy bonus events also lasted eight days).

As the speculated evolution event has yet to materialise, the Gen 4 release will be harder to predict, but I doubt that it will overlap with the stardust event.
