Any experiences with Jynx?

Recently, there was a nest close to my work and managed to catch a 1944 CP Jynx, 82% IV 14/8/15 with Frost Breath / Avalanche and strongly caught my attention. I have two ice pokemon, a lvl 30 Lapras (Frost Breath / Blizzard) and a lvl 33 Cloyster (Ice Shard / Blizzard) and sometimes they become insuficient when facing gyms full of Dragonite, which is common in my area. However, water or ice are very very rare. I also value variety in Pokemon, more than pure attacking power.

Has anybody been able to try a "high" lvl Jynx with ice moveset and see how she performs?

I caught 2097 FB/Av Jynx and honestly it's one of my best catches ever. She is my best Dragonite slayer, I was really surprised!

Keep she the way it is and test her, she probably is good enough now, but if you fell like you need to throw some dust at her. I use my 1400 FB/IP, the first one I hatched ages ago, a lot as a prestigier, she is ok.

I haven't been able to get an high CP one with Ice moveset, but I have a few with Ice Punch I use as prestigers and they perform well. Jynx is a bit of a glass cannon, and not at the level of Lapras and Cloyster overall, but deals more than enough damage to wipe big Dragonites. Try yours out and see how she does.

If you want an extra dragon slayer, I'd also suggest getting an high level Wigglytuff. It amazes me how much above her CP she performs! Today, for instance, I was prestiging a nearby gym and the last battle was a 3300+ Dragonite (with DT+O) against my 1400 P+HB Wiggly, who had about 80% of her HP left. Well, she spanked that fat dragon by herself and even had a fair chunk of HP left at the end. And it's not the first time she surprises me like that. She's incredible.
