Any confirmation if weather affects evolution moveset?

I just evolved a Combusken into Blaziken during Cloudy weather and got Counter + Focus Blast (yay!). Is this coincidence from a totally uniform probability or is it known whether the game weather can affect the probability of getting a moveset consisting of a certain type (e.g. fire vs fighting)?
