I think i've raided over half of the eligible raids in one of the s2 cells in hong kong (The S2 Cell has 8 eligible gyms and i think i raided 5). Waiting for results to roll.

I think the time of invitation sending is the local time, about 6:30 PM - 11:00 PM. I got my at ~7:50 PM
