Any chance of the previous legendaries returning?

Hi guys, I have only managed to catch Suicune and Ho-Oh among the legendaries and I know these two aren't the best of the bunch.

I used to live in a small town and finding people to raid with was somewhat difficult, but luckily I have recently moved and I can now manage to go into the city every weeked,

So that is my question. Any chance of the previous legendaries returning? I'm really hoping to catch the birds and Lugia!

You can reason as follows; as long as there is money to make, legendaries will return at some point

I sure hope so! Like OP, I had no opportunity to get any legendaries before Suicune.

Reason all you want. Legacy moves are not coming back unless you count Snarl on Suicune.

There are no days off.

I think they will almost certainly make a return at some point in time. If I recall correctly, the birds made an appearance in Asia recently? I might be wrong though. Don't worry man! You will have another chance of catching the other legendaries!

Yeah, there were reported sightings of the legendary bird trio at an event.

Past legends can come back, but it will be harder to get them. Either they will not be in as plentiful amounts as their first time around, there will be for short periods or at small events, or they will be diluted by several legends coming back at the same time making it hard to gather people that want to fight a particular legend.
