Any advise, secret, trick to hatch LAPRAS?

YES! I do have some advise on how to hatch a lapras.
Obtain $100 (either through having a job/answering google surveys/or having a savings) and drop it on pokecoins.

Then incubate EVERYTHING and walk.

I'm in CA and my favorite place for kilometers this weekend has been Long Beach. Awesome XP grind when all the lures are lit. (if the pokestops are not lit with lures, well you dropped $100 so use it)

Supposedly the location where you collect an egg from a pokestop has a small effect on the hatching ratios - you could clear out your egg collection, then go down to the beach and restock on eggs. Other than that though, I think the answer is just having lots of patience.

1. Spend $99 on 14,500 pokecoins and buy incubators.
2. Go to pokestops like a mad man
3. Incubate every single eggs 2k 5k 10k. Got to keep hatching 2k and 5k eggs to make room for more eggs so you can pick up as many 10k eggs as you can within a short period of time
4. Try to get 10k eggs from stops near bodies of water
5. Repeat 1-4.
6. Pray to Pogo gods for a Lapras. Hatch percentage ratio for Lapras is around 3-4% so you need to hatch a doodoo load of 10k eggs.

I've hatched over 100-150 10km eggs and got 3 laprases. I'm averaging the said hatch ratio

as i found out it pure random %, more u hatch more u get, but i hatched 70 10km eggs, 2 laprases no hitmonchan)
and remember 2% chance - doesnt mean it will hatch from 100 eggs, its always 2%

I have hatched 679 eggs. At least 50+ have been 10k eggs..

And not until my 680th egg did i hatch a lapras!

I've got eggs from the beach, canal and everywhere else.. So i know this isn't much help but at this moment until more research it's done i feel likes it's just luck.. So good luck and hopefully. You don't have to wait as long as i did

It's random. My first didn't arrive until I'd reached Level 28 and hatched over 480 eggs... My second at Level 29 about 30 eggs later.. I've never seen one in the wild.

I am pretty sure location is the key.

Of my first 120 eggs, about five were 10km and I hatched two Lapras.
Then I didn't get a single 10km in my next 80 eggs.
So I thought I have to change my pokestops and I just used those close to the city center, close to the river, parks and sightseeing stuff. Out of 50 eggs I got five 10km with one Lapras and one Snorlax.

Different from what some people are saying, I don't think pokestop locations you get 10km eggs from really matters, for me, I lived in San Jose, kinda of rural area for playing pokego, however from my 542th and 543th eggs (I got these two from what called Great Mall, a shoping center near San Jose, apparently with no rivers/creeks around) I finally got my first Snorlax and Lapras. I believe Snorlax and Lapras came in a row, as for me and many of my friends, it is the case. So just be patient and good luck, you will have them hatched eventually unless you give up.

Honestly the best way is probably to buy incubators and walk a lot. I have acquired 4 Lapras after hatching over 750 eggs. After that it's just about luck, it's simple as that.

I've hatched 1 lapras. It was from a lake stop. Just my experience.

Ive spent the $100 on coins and caught and walked eggs at many of the So Cal beaches. Of the 600+ eggs ive hatched, I have no lapras. So im not sure location matters. I do have 3 snorlax, but im sad looking at my incomplete pokedex. At this point i think i have a better chance at getting Mr. Mime, Kangaskan, and Farfetch'd before a Lapras.

I hatched 1st Lapras today with just under 150 hatchings. No Snorlax yet.
