98% weedle level 35. Should I evolve or wait for 100?

I was so excited to write this I did not read the very thread beneath this thread about a monster kakuna. Exciting times in PoGo!***I couldn't wait for advice either, 1645cp double bug Beedrill. The joys of points being pointless

How do you sure it is a 98%? Yeah, evolve it. About 1 in 50000 chance of encountering a level 35 100% IV Pokémon lol.

Btw I just had a CP 364 Kakuna fled.

Easy to know the percent if it really is level 35, I'm positive it isn't level 36 or 35.5. I caught an 842 Eevee yesterday but unsure if it is level 33 or 34, I evolved it into a 2421 Jolteon...just because I didn't want to walk it...either 91% level 33 (14a/15d) or an 82% level 34 (11 a/15d). Any kind of trading probably calls for a precise rating system imo

Just evolve it. It's not that Weedle candy is hard to come by (in most areas). I found a 100% lvl 35 Pidgey today, nice trophy and may become useful once gen 6 arrives if evolved (just like the Beedrill that comes from that Weedle) :P

I caught a 100% level 35 Hoppip in my house this morning. So that added a bit of excitement to my day.
