Another Exeggutor question...

I have a 94% IV Exeggutor with a ZH - Psychic move, CP of 1694 and HP of 123. Exeggutor with ZH-SBomb move, CP of 1077, HP of 98 and a 96% IV.

on the above Exeggutors, which is better in defending (or attacking) gyms? Is it worth powering up? Thanks.
