Another Blissey question

During the Rock event I intend to gather around 28 chansey candies (if I don't hatch one).

What should I do?

1)Power up my 86% lvl 25 Blissey (2237 Cp) with P/DG until lvl 30 and CP around 2700

2)Evolve another one

Power up the P/DG one, It has great ivs and an amazing moveset.

Power up, low-CP Blisseys sitting at the bottom of a gym are a PIA when prestiging.

I'd power that level 25 Blissey. Good defender due to DG and you'll be sourprise how many 'Nites and Tyranitar can beat down!

I would power up first. A 2237 isn't that useful, but a 2700+ Blissey is golden.

Also agree with powering up your current one. Too many people are obsessed with having ZH/DG which then spreads to others and leads to people thinking that Blissey sucks without it, which isn't true.
