Anniversary event - double candies please

As the new gym system changes how gyms are defended and it makes prestigers obsolete I suggest Niantic offer double candies for transferring pokemon during the anniversary event.

A big prestige team is no longer needed and I'm sure a number of other pokemon (defenders and/or attackers) will likely not be needed either once the new gym meta rolls out.

I think it would be good incentive for trainers to clear out their pokes and give them a bit of a bonus in doing so.
