Android Pokemon Scanners

I'm not quite sure what a Pokemon scanner is, but it sounds like third party software, which against the TOS and therefore considered cheating. It is generally frowned upon to inspire cheating on this website.

Cheating is bad, the professor advices you to transfer all of your pokemons to him!
