I can only get about the equivalent of how many there are in gen 1 a day due to battery draining like crazy and not having enough time to roam the parks. The rest of the time I catch whatever my house and incense can give me.

Haven't caught thousands (maybe just 1 thousand). Did catch 3 Heracross 2057; 1970; 963...the top 2 had C/CC, none with IVs above 54%. I'm not a Porygon fighting pro, saw and beat my first one today. Those heracross seemed to do as good against a hyperbeam than some maginally better Machamps--- 100% certain I will get an EX pass 300 miles from home---been solo raiding at parks

I can only dream of a Heracross unless there's some event that brings it globally like hopefully that Farfetch'd will be.
Porygon is easy but good to have since the rewards are higher for T3s.

I obviously would like I better IV one, but also pretty pleased earlier in the week evolved a Ursaring level 30 cp2327 C/CC--don't remember completely but was 13/13/13? If heracross is a lesser copy of Machamp, perhaps a fighting bear is a bad copy of heracross

Ursaring is indeed a poor man's Machamp. Heracross is actually really good, not much reason to use your Ursaring over them.
