I've won with 100% level 40 bite/crunch Tyranitar and two level 30 Mewtwos (13a) PC/ShB and (12a) C/ShB...I have another 93% level 35 B/SE Tyranitar and a B/C at level 31. If PC, 2202 SC/ShB Gengar on team. Easiest one I've done is a wind boosted PC/FB, three 3330 Dragonites and Mewtwos and gengar, had 30-35 seconds to spare...every other time I've won with 10 seconds or less
Alakazam solo, with Mewtwo
So a few days ago I decided to FTM my PC/FB Mewtwo. After some gym battles, I found that I didn't really like C/FB.
Today, I decided that I already have enough Machamps and Hariyamas for the Fighting role, and CTMed Mewtwo to Shadow Ball. Took me 3 CTMs (5 if including the initial 2 CTMs last month when I first caught him, which got Focus Blast).
I know I'm going to have to FTM him to PC when I actually attempt the solo. But for now I'll leave him with Confusion to try him out in some Kyogre raids as a generalist.
So I have a few questions:
1: Which slot should I place Mewtwo in? Gengars > Mewtwo > Ttars, or Mewtwo > Gengars > Ttars?
2: What is the minimum level which Mewtwo must be at to carry the rest of the team? I will max him eventually, but will I be able to do it right now?
3: If I max out Mewtwo to L38, which movesets would I be able to do with the lineup below?
This is my lineup:
1: Gengar CP 2350 L34.5 82% 12/11/14 SC/SB (right at the bulkpoint where he takes 7 damage from each Psycho Cut)
2: Gengar CP 1995 L27 91% 15/12/14 H/SB (will power to L29.5 breakpoint)
3: Mewtwo CP 3011 L27 84% 11/15/12 C/SB (will FTM to PC and max out eventually)
4: Ttar CP 3309 L33.5 96% 14/15/14 B/Cr
5: Ttar CP 3188 L32 82% 14/08/15 B/Cr
6: Ttar CP 3109 L30 89% 15/14/11 B/Cr

I think it's going to be tough. More often than not you're already going to have to fight certain bugs; missed dodges, lag, had to sneeze, etc.. That's already going to leave you at a disadvantage, and every extra second you have is going to count.
My initial instinct is that the team isn't strong enough until the Tyranitars and Mewtwo are maxed out, and even then it's going to be difficult. Give it a try, and in doing so burn one free raid pass; you'll then have the best idea possible as to whether you're close to being able to do it.
With that team you can solo any Alakazam moveset even without maxing Mewtwo but the difficulty and strategy varies. The Mewtwo helps immensely even around level 30 but phone and/or connection may still make harder movesets impossible or extremely hard.
PC/FS: Gengars first, followed by Mewtwo, dodge FS (early dodge window) with Gengars. Easy moveset.
PC/SB: Gengars first, followed by Mewtwo, dodge SB (very late dodge window) with Gengars and Mewtwo. Moderate moveset.
PC/FB: Gengars first, followed by Mewtwo, drop Tyras for more Gengars if you have them. Regardless of IVs, as long as they are L28+ with double Ghost moveset. Dodge FB (very late dodge window) with everything. Easy moveset.
C/FS: Mewtwo first, followed by Gengars. Should not need to dodge FS with anything as Gengars will die after 3 Confusions anyway. Moderate moveset.
C/SB: Mewtwo first, followed by Gengars. Dodge SB with Gengars and Mewtwo if it means you can launch more SB yourself. If you have more Tyranitars replace Gengars with them and dodge only with the Mewtwo. Hard moveset. (Easiest moveset if you have 6 high level Tyranitars though)
C/FB: Mewtwo first, followed by Gengars. Dodge FB with Mewtwo and Tyranitars. Very hard moveset, requires perfect dodging and your run is over if there's the slightest hint of a glitch with a dodge.
Your Gengars survive the magical 3 Confusions which means they should get off 2 Shadow Balls. This often makes or breaks the raid, I've failed many runs because I messed up and a Gengar died before connecting the second Shadow Ball. It also means that against Confusion Zam SB is the only charge move Gengar needs to worry about, because whichever attack comes after 3 Confusions is certain KO either way. Zam gains a full energy bar during a Gengar's lifetime so often 3 Confusions will be followed up with a charge move.
Towards the end of the raid if it looks like you might faint out, Tyranitars should also start dodging SB or FS. This is most likely to come up against C/SB.
EDIT: Good luck and patience! It may take a run or few to figure out things, I had at least 10 failed runs against C/FB before succeeding.
