Alakazam with Psychic
My current personal goal with this game is to max out (currently level 35, nearly 36) my best attacker of each relevant type (maybe not all like ground, ice, bug, and assume others) for fun more than anything else.
So I'm thinking about my Psychic pokemon. My most useful psychic attacker at the moment is my level 32.5 13A/11D/15S Espeon C/FS. I have other Espeons with similar stats and essentially all combinations of moves at about level 30. However, I also have an Alakazam level 30, 96%, 15/13/15 with PC/Psychic. Futuresight is definitely better than psychic, but psychic is legacy. My gut is to leave psychic alone. Am I right?
TL;DR is it worth it to tm a 96% Alakazam with Psychic to try to get futuresight?

Just keep it. Future Sight is better, but Psychic is still a great move.
With it being legacy, it might become better - or at least fill a niche that Future Sight doesn't - if moves get their numbers adjusted again, for example if maybe it becomes a 2 or 3 bar move with low cooldown which makes it good for dodging.
Even if it wasn't legacy (like on Espeon) I wouldn't suggest TMing it because the difference isn't that big, and an Alakazam / Espeon with Psychic is still able to fulfill it's role as a Machamp raid counter.
I'll piggy back on this thread and your thorough response: Alakazam Confusion/Dazzling Gleam level 28 13a/14d/6s. I get that it has no advantage right now and it likely will never be useful. Since its stamina is low and it is glass already, would psychocut be much better? At some point I will try to pretty up decent legacies
Yeah on Alakazam I prefer Psycho Cut over Confusion. It's the biggest advantage it has over Espeon. Sure it's attack is also slightly higher but not by much. If I was going to use a C/P or C/F glass cannon I'd choose Espeon over Alakazam for it's higher HP.
Psycho Cut's higher energy gain and better dodgability is what lets Alakazam get more charge moves off before it faints.
