Alakazam feedback

Hello there,

I'm still looking for my 2nd TM and in the meantime I'm trying to prioritize which one would need a reroll on either Fast or Charge move.

On the top of the list there are my 4 SW/HB Dragonites (I would like to make at least 2 viable) and my 3 FB T-tars.

Then I'm thinking of this awesome lvl 30 Alakazam with 96% IVs (after 4 tries, finally got one with FS, but he has Confusion). I've tried him against Machamp but I'm not that comfortable with Confusion. Would you change it to PC?

My heartbreaker of the day is my 98% IV Charizard that got FS/DC (3rd one with Dragon Claw...). Would you put him on the list to change DC to either FB or OH?

Also, I managed to get 2 FS/OH Flareons in raids but they're the ones with lower IVs out of my 12 Flareons. They both have 80% but one has 14 in Attack. Would you consider powering up one of them?
