Alakazam

I think the general opinion will say that is a good one, because the most important move of alakazam is psycho cut, actually making the math, you should battle only using your quick move.

If it doesn't have Psychic you're just going to use Psycho Cut anyway. It's a bit like having a Dragonite and only using Dragon Breath, which is still really good on attack.

It's around 15-20% less DPS assuming you use Psychic whenever it's available, but since Alakazam's HP is so low that you need to dodge every move, you don't actually end up using Psychic that often because you need to wait for the opponent's charge move, so in reality it's much closer, like probably only 10% less DPS at most, which is still better than most Pokemon, since Alakazam has the highest attack stat (except Mewtwo) and STAB Psycho Cut is only second in DPS to STAB Pound, since there are no STAB Metal Claw users.

It will still be a beast. Power it up.
