Any game with pvp requires constant balancing. I'm sure they will make a few more passes.so if you need room then throw em in the wood chipper. If not I had 2 flareon one with a better movesets and higher cp but the the update came and it turns out my lower flareon had better IVs and now the best moveset. So keep them within reason.
