Add Gym leader

Looking for opinions. To improve gym defending incentive and improved defending mon incentives. Add a 7th position of a gym leader, which same team members could compete for. Possible rewards could be extra stardust, items, and experience.
Another reward most likely impossible, but in my opinion would be an amazing incentive/ game changer. Gym leaders could relocate gym to any pokestop. Now that would make things interesting and maybe give players like me lvl 35 (legit 35) a reason to keep playing.

How would they compete? And moving gyms to diff pokestops sounds like a nightmare for other players and Niantic.

I like the idea of a gym leader leaderboard that tracks the amount of gym experience everyone has earned and give extra rewards to that person when they are in the gym and when they spin the stop.

Best way for Gym Leader to be decided would be either who has the most defensive wins, or who has defended gyms the most time (like in Gyms for 214 hours) out of the Pokemon placed.

You know, the most experienced (not necessarily highest CP either) would be the gym leader logically, so this system wouldn't restrict low level players (if they do great in Gym scene) and won't allow high level players to dominate entirely.

Also, consider this scenario. Your Blissey has an incredible amount of defensive wins, but someone already placed a Blissey in the Gym, so you are forced to choose a different Pokemon and may not be gym leader by default.

Just my thoughts on how this would work. My only concern is this would bring shaving back, with people eliminating the top-defender so they could place their top defender of that species.

I like this idea of a gym leader. I think the gym leader should be the Pokemon who's trainer has the highest number of gym exp for the gym in question.

Idea for determining leader. 3 rounds of battle against the 5 defending mons (not including yours). Same rules as defenders can't use the same type of mon more than once and can't use the same mon more then once. So you take 15 mons 1 on 1 for 3 rounds. Damage inflicted minus damage received multiplied by defending mons CP divided by attacking mons CP.
