Absol worth to power up??

Not at such a low level. It might be better to just search for a high level one, and use it without powering up.
Anyway, Absol has higher DPS than Ttar, but a lot less bulk.

Absol is dark type glass cannon .. with fast move snarl which has higher dps than bite ...i would still use ttar bcz of it's survivalibility ..

That's very low level, I'd rather try to get one from a raid (which is very easy even with few people due to Absol's low defense). Like said already, bit higher DPS than Tyranitar but it dies in a blink.

... 93CP? Or 93%IV?

I thought Absol was currently only available as a T4 raid boss.
