About Toxicroak

Seems passable. Strictly worse than Hariyama, lower DPS but more TDO than Breloom and Blaziken.

It's going to be ok. Not amazing, but serviceable and might have one or two niche uses due to its typing.

It also seems to be viable as a Poison attacker. Roserade looks to be better in both DPS and TDO but, as with fighting, there might be a few applications where he will shine.

Overall, a fairly competent mon.

It's hard to tell without experiencing it - on one hand it's double weak to Psychic, which is what all gym defenders have as fast move, but on the other hand it's neutral to Fairy, which is also what most decent defenders have as charge moves. It may be a good all-rounder when gyms have Togekiss and Gardevoire between Blisslaxking.

For raids I don't quite see it, but the raid scene can change a lot in the following months.

I was wondering about this too. It certainly isn't going to challenge Machamp or anything, but with that moveset and its decent attack stat, I think it could still have a place, at least for those who either don't have or don't want to use a full team of Machamps.
