Yes, there are apparently a number of sites/apps that will give your (fake) accounts 5 lures when you sign into them. I was told about them when I met players through discord last summer. They basically grant someone unlimited lures at a moment's notice. I don't know any further details since I've never felt the need to use lures--all these folks who use these services pick up and use them for me whenever lures are called for.

During some events, someone creates accounts named IFacelessxxxxx (where xxxxx is a bunch of numbers) to constantly lure virtually every Pokestop in Singapore.
