You can't AFAIK. I sideloaded the latest version of Pokémon Go via apkmirror.com. Your call if you want to. I tend to sideload apps since updates reach us pretty late. UTC +8:00.

You can't really wait, because you'd be breaking the streak, you can download from apkmirror if you are in android.
