Would you power up a 91 iv ZH/SoB Eggy from 600 stardust to level 30+ or since Ex has same stats the legacy moveset doesnt matter?

Answers

No. Stardust is now a problem. You can save a ton by farming or hatching a higher-level Eggy. ZH isn't even a top-two quick move option, with Confusion doing more damage and ES/BS generating energy faster.
