I don't doubt it, especially if the players are all decently high level and have appropriate attackers. I was in a group of 8 (which was essentially 7, as my app crashed at the start) that finished one off with nearly half the timer left. On the other hand, I quit a fight early against one with 14 other people who were using jynxes and chanseys.
