2nd same team account

I have a level 34 main Instinct account, and a level 24 secondary Instinct account. As you can see, it's impossible to shave with those accounts.
So this is how I use the secondary account:
When I take down a gym, I will attack with my main account, and leave the last 2 mons at low motivation. I will log out, log in to the other account, clear the last 2 Pokemon, and slot in a Vaporeon. Then, I will log out, and log in back into my main account to slot in a Blissey.

The purpose of this is to prevent people from shaving my main account. Shavers are literally EVERYWHERE here.
What are you opinions about this?

If you attacked straight up with your secondary same team account you would likely dry up your potions. Does Instinct really ever fill all 6 slots? (Yellow is actually very strong in my immediate area, other parts of town weak)

Who cares if you make it tougher on the other team? (game is super simple already) An issue is taking slots from your team in stagnant areas, but n/a. I mean you had to somewhat play to get it to 24, not like you bought an extra 35 and put 3100 Snorlax. At some point an opposing team could beat you with the same Exeggutor. I do think it gets a little shady and anti-competitive concerning berry feeding through the weaker account though, if that were a regular practice

***The obvious reason to have a double same color was to make your color stronger, knock down a tower then double place to prestige and add just a couple speedbumps. In most places Instinct needs the help, what you might look to is: the Vaporeon you place, is it above average for what (non-battling) players put in---for example: they might roll by and put in furret or maybe the average player actually cares to put a bigger Lapras in

Mystic is by far the largest team in my area, but all teams fill up gym slots very fast. Instinct players rarely put junk into gyms.

There is an Instinct player in my part of town that has played with 2 phones from the start, both are level 34. Earlier I made it a point to knock him out of gyms and pick on him because he was an aggressor in gaining new yellow territory. In my eyes he really was a lacky for the 37 and 38s who would always leapfrog him. I'm extra happy to see him at raids now, he still breaks out two phones on two thoroughly played 34 accounts. I'd rather talk to him at raids and keep him playing. He is a good player and now gyms are even less important than catching a pidgey while walking to get the mail

Some multi account players in my city do the same thing as you do except they put 2-4 PKM at the same time which hurts legit players of the same team. This in turn 'forces' legit players to be gym shavers themselves by creating new accounts of different teams. ;( Sad but true.

He obviously lives in a very dense urban area, so nobody is really forced to do anything of that sort where he is at. I'm in a residential area of a city, since gym reset I've only been shaved 2 or 3 times. When that happened I chalked it up to somebody at least caring enough to battle a gym, even if they chose to battle their own color.

Most just fill any empty slots that I and a handful of other players create. The point of his post is he is "creating" the 6 slots. If someone is really needing a spot, they could also create some at a different enemy gym

I did this before gym update for the same reason, 32 & 22. In hopes adding two mons I could get at least 3 gyms before turnover.. though, logging in/out time really hindered the purpose of this.
Old system fastest way to get coins/dust was 2/3 am gym sweeps. Only could do with 50-100+ revives. I figured other times when I came across a level 3 or so gym, a second same-team account would help me get a few more gyms.
Now, it's much faster and no blissey towers, so my secondarys only get logged in for daily bonuses in hopes of future tradable dust options.

My best mons on secondary account:
1; Vaporeon L24.5 IV98 CP22xx WG/AT
2/3: 2x Moltres L20 CP182x FS/OH
4: Exeggutor L17 IV91 CP14xx ES/SoB
5: Dragonite IV93 CP10xx SW/HB (no charge TM)
6: Snorlax CP 1895 ZH/HS
No Tyranitars because raid capture rate 0/6

200k stardust
3 fast TMs
110 rare candies

This account was a prestige account before the update.

That is barely an account. Put dust and dratini/rare candy toward the Dragonite to make it into something of value. After that do the daily spin and collect potions, maybe try a tier 2 occasionally fishing for a charge TM. Plus xp would allow you to make the Vaporeon bigger. I've gotten the impression you are basically a free-2-player. Just aren't many playing like that, especially f2p that are involved in (mostly) legitimate gym turnover. I personally wouldn't think much of it, but play the 2nd one a little bit more to make it stronger for your color and/or don't even bother berry feeding--just take the 10s of coins you might get and be ok. To be honest in your particular area you might be getting shaved by someone else's fake off-color account--at least you know you are really yellow, maybe put some kind of effort toward your other one though

So, literally everyone is against the ToS.

So your solution is becoming part of the problem. You acknowledge that you are against the TOS.

Ignoring that, having a second account is a silly waste of time. Every time you log into your second and all the time spent on looking after it is just stealing so much time from your main... You could have double stardust and quite a few levels more in your main. Besides you would have time to walk further, find and fight more gyms and be so much more effective collecting coins. So much more efficient in the game. You are just making yourself a worse player... sad.

I've been under the impression he is a free to play participant or close to it, somebody with those limitations aren't going to add or significantly take away from game play. Him not spending real coins is what has taken away from his efficiency (ability to advance levels quicker/add depth). I've hatched 1100 eggs, walked 2,500 km (now won 125 raids)--that was being productive and efficient (that I partially bought)

I'm a free to play player, with the only exception that I paid £5 to buy raid pass boxes (which unfortunately didn't even get to use yet). I walk everywhere with my only account, I catch pokemon, incubate eggs, battle gyms and play raids with my only account. I buy incubators and raid passes with free coins from gyms. I work full-time. Most days only play in the way home to work, work to home. During the raid fever I would be able to do only 1-2 raids a day. Max number that I achieved was 5 raids in one day over one weekend.

I'm level 37, halfway to 38 thanks to the easy XP from raids. Having one free to play account doesn't make you inefficient.
Talking to other players in my city I came to the conclusion that walking everywhere gives you a great advantage over those who drive. Walking over performs spending real money. Walking gives you more XP, more stardust, better pokemon through hatches, more access to coins. Walking is the best counter to money spenders and cheaters ;)

Shavers have two accounts. Your loyalty to Instinct is your only difference.

If I attack a gym no matter how many remote Golden Razz feeders I am committed and will take it down and turn it blue. With my one and only account.
