2nd: PTC and Android User Login Problems and workaround
It is about 19 hours I can't log in to my PTC account. I am with Android , Samsung Galaxy S8. My friend came to visit me and on her iPhone the PTC account runs well. I removed the Pokemon Go app. restarted the phone and installed the new app from Play store. I tried to log in and was not able to do it. I tried again on Sony Xperia and same - no way to log in. I guess it is a game bug? Did anyone succeed to log in with PTC account on any Android device and the current-latest version of the application?

I've posted earlier about this as well...I had to download the 0.63.1 apk and just use that...
If you upgrade to the 0.63.4 version after the downgrade, it will work for a little while, then break again...
It's getting close to 24 hours down now...If you don't use the apk, your streak will probably end unfortunately...
I haven't read of any other work arounds or Niantic suggesting anything.
Since this isn't JUST PTC accounts, it probably has something to do with the Pokemon Go app version 0.63.4 on android and PTC together...
Wife's iPhone with PTC club works just fine...
