Is it possible for 2 trainers lv30 beat a Victreebel?

Probably against grass moves if you got good fire counters.

If both of you have 6 Moltres that will be easy. Otherwise you need more higher level (LV33 or above) fire or psychic counters

Yes, at least with lvl 30 pokemons. I have done it with alakazam, moltres, entei, flareon, charizard and espeon. All lvl 30 with best moves and 90+ IV. Victreebel had Solar Beam as a charge move, not sure about fast move.

I think couple was over 30. But I did more damage (my team got more damage balls) so possible with two teams like mine.

Yes, if the player with the least lag puts Shuckle in, Ditto will transform into a Shuckle.

These days somebody can get to level 30 catching 1500 to 2000 total pokemon. I'm 100% sure a level 30 can solo a Close Combat Machamp, but how and why would a current level 30 have so many powered and good IV fire attackers (then there's two of them)? Very not likely.

You have a crap ton of candy, as do I. Current level 30s have a bunch of Duskulls caught and a dozen sableyes, they really can be less than 2k pokemon total caught. Squads of Magmars. Entry Entei if they are in a city.

How is that possible level 30 pokemons beat victreebel. I used level 39 pokemons and I would survive and my friend was using level 30 pokemons and would faint around 40 seconds left. I was against razor leaf sludge bomb.
