2 man Tyranitar raid question

Me and my friend are trying to 2 man Tyranitar on Cloudy weather.
So far, we've faced Bite/Crunch moveset and got incredibly close.
Timer-wise we are alright, problem is that first team dies when tyranitar has 15% hp left, and swiping to second team takes those precious seconds off the clock. We missed basically 3-4 seconds of dps.

My question is: has anyone 2 manned Tyranitar, and if so, do you have any special tips for us?

Also, which one is harder to solo, Bite/Crunch or Bite/Stone Edge

Did my first 2man Tyranitar yesterday during Windy Weather (so no weatherboost for us!), he had Bite/Stone Edge and we made it with 2 seconds left on the clock. My tip would be to have 1 player with mostly Machamps, and the other with 2-3 Hariyamas. That way one player is knocked out slightly earlier and he can revive while the other is still fighting. Not sure if it actually makes a difference, but it felt like it to us.

I'd assume Bite/Crunch to be much easier since crunch can be dodged whereas Stone Edge is near impossible to dodge.

I haven't gotten the chance to duo Tyranitar, Machamp candies are hard to come by and in fact I powered up 0 lol, but here are some tips that might be useful in some situations:

Usually looking at the videos that other people recorded can let you know when to dodge or not, dodging a bit definitely helps.

If it is too laggy to dodge, Stone Edge might arguably be easier since it is nearly not spamable, try to aim at least 4–5 Dynamic Punches per Machamp before the second Stone Edge hits.

Crunch charges Dynamic Punch faster, but Machamps faint quicker in general.

If you have a Karate Chop Machamp, place it in the last slot because it charges Dynamic Punch faster to prevent timing out.

If fainting is still a concern, put a Hariyama in the final slot instead to prevent fainting.

Last, hope the battle doesn't end early.

Did it about a month ago. Use as many Machamp and fighters as possible.

I've done it numerous times, with and without weather boost. The key is having the C/DP moveset on as many Machamps (preferably) and Hariyamas as possible. Any other moveset is much worse.

I've done it once in Cloudy and with a sufficiently leveled Machamp team it's a walk in the park. You may be able to avoid the rejoin if you replace Machamps with similar level Hariyamas or just level your Machamps enough. Other than that I don't have any special tips, it's mostly a question of pure firepower.

When not dodging, Bite/Stone Edge should be easier if your Machamps can survive until the second Stone Edge. If you are dodging, Crunch is obviously easier to dodge.
