Definitely, I'm planning to do that with my hundo. It's just a pitty that DT performs so poorly in PvP... Rayquaza and Dragonite manage so-so to be good at it thanks to STAB and their attack stats, but Milotic doesn't really cut it. I believe Waterfall is an overall better move for PvP if you account for STAB, but that's just my little experience with it.
