2 100% Raikou.

First things first I was lucky enough to get 2 of these bad boys when they were in the states. I powered the first one up to 3086 out of pure excitement. Now I'm wondering if I should do the same to the second one, in regards to soloing vaps, battling suicune in the near future, and as general gym attacker. Opinions?

If you got the resources then go ahead. Otherwise I would keep it til when trading comes along and you can use it to your advantage on getting something you really want from someone else.

If you have problems with soloing Vaporeon that might be a solution, otherwise I would save the candy.

Have yet to try it. That's why I'm asking the question to see if the investment would be worth the reward of accomplishing the solo.

Raikou is also a decent generalist too, so if you swim in rare candy, just bring them both to 30 (and in the end higher).

Have you tried your Raikou in a solo against a Level 3 Vaporean raid boss yet? If so, please report. I want to hear from you. Game Press does not rank Raikou as a "Supreme Raid Boss Counter" against Vaporean, but this may be due to Raikou being relatively new on the scene, not its capabilities.

I am sure the page just needs an update as you said.

Raikou is the best, MVP, nr 1 against Vap.

I also have two 100%. I decided to take them both over 3200. They are both at 3157 right now, so I will wait until a double candy transfer event to transfer my extra Raikou for the needed candy.

I plan to use them against Suicine.

Make a pokebox with your best 50 pokemon on pokebattler, and then change the stats to see how much they will make a difference.
