11/15/10 Chansey, evolve or scrap?

Im confused, you have enough candies to evolve and power up?
and this is your best chansey?

If you only have candies for evolve, then i would rather wait better one, but just my opinion here.

If it's so hard for you to get candies, then evolving this at such a low level is gonna be useless. Better evolving a higher level one, even with worse IVs, since you're not gonna power it up anyway.

Id wait for a better one. With 10km eggs currently during the event giving off better pokemon like chansey Id wait to see if you get a 10km egg before the event ends Thursday.

if it's 270cp it can barely be lv.5 - i'd not scrap it but it's certainly not worth evolving, wait till you hatch one or catch something good lv.20+
