Now evolved 100% magi cp29 to gyarados DT OR cp443. What's next?

I'm thinking to power it up to prestige cp level for some fun before max it out at later stage.

PS: thanks for the advice for part 1. For background, I got a maxed out gyarados B HP which is 100% as well.
