100% vs 0% vs legacy moveset

i have two caterpie at 0% and 100%iv , and a butterfree with legacy bug bite, and i usually only keep only pokemon for each species.
which should i evolve/keep?

Answers

If you collect 0%, keep it.
Otherwise, keep the 100%.

I got a feeling that legacy movesets will not be a thing in the future, while 100% will always keep it's value.

You gotta keep the BB butter for prestiging Exeggcutor. 100% is always worth keeping. It is up to you if you want to keep the 0% as a trophy; he has no practical value. (I would transfer him.)

That's why i leveled up my butterfree as well (even though it doesn't work that well now).
And 0% seems SOOOOOO rare, i have like 4 or 5 100%iv pokemons but only 1 at 0%.
