100 Mewtwo

I have two shadow ball Mewtwos both around the mid 80s with their iv.
I raided one 100 iv Mewtwo. Is there any point powering it up? What move should I give it?

If you power up your 100, I recommend ultimately choosing Psychic or possibly Focus Blast.

sit on it for a bit, as they may come out with mewtwo shiny with special move community raid day like they did for cuno, zapdos and moltres.

Psycho Cut/Focus Blast is great for taking out Blissey from gyms and it is highly satisfying to use your hard won Mewtwo that way.

If you have the rare candy for sure power it up and use your Charge TMs to have some fun.

Machamp & Metagorss are too good at attacking gyms. So that limits Mewtwo best moves to

Confusion or Psycho cut - Shadow ball, Psychic, and Ice beam.

Double Psychic Mewtwo is the best Psychic attacker in the game and will be for the foreseeable future. All other movesets have better alternatives. (I guess Ice Mewtwo is best Ice at the moment but Mamoswine is right around the corner.)

I have used my psychic mewtwo maybe once (solo machamp raid) but I use my focus blast one fairly regularly in attacking gyms due to its niche use as a dazzling gleam blissey counter.
