100% IV Spheal!

Do you have a Lapras or Articuno powered up yet? If yes, then might just save this as a long term project.

Depends on how much you care about the 100 iv. It is a good Pokemon and if you don't power it you still probably want to find a lv 35 to evolve.

113600 Stardust, 233 candy, and possibly a few TM's... for a big ass blue walrus. A lot to invest for a mostly non meta relevant mon. Looks great on gyms though.
