100% IV Raid error

I just completed an Exeggutor raid, and the catch phase showed a 1666 cp (100% IV). After I hit it with my first ball, my screen froze, so I refreshed my app. When I come back on the game, it shows that I can do the raid again, but after the timer counts down, it says "You already completed this Raid Battle." It won't give me a chance to catch the exeggutor. Any ideas?
