100% IV Lapras lvl 13

Found a 100% IV Lapras with ice shard + blizzard. Should i try to power up or is it too costly?
The problem is i would need to catch 10-15 additional Lapras just to get enough candy to power it up...

I'd power it up to make it a legendary gym defender.

That one's definitely a keeper, might be the strongest Lapras possible. I would definitely power him up since you probably won't find a better one. Anything you invest into it won't be wasted.

100% IV cannot get any better.
The best Moves (Blizzard) cannot get any better.

Should you spend dust and candy to power it up?

OF COURSE.

You don't need the candy because you cannot possibly find a better Lapras. You might find one that's a higher level and thus higher CP but it's not ever going to be better than this one in the end because 15/15 ATK and DEF will make this one have the highest possible CP.

You don't need to worry about dust cuz you can easily get more dust catching pokemon, hatching eggs, or collect gym defender every 21 hours.

Congrats on your find. I have 3 Lapras and not a one has Blizzard. :(

But how can he ever find enough candy?

If you want to play it for years, than it's maybe worth it...

I hatched a Lapras from a 10km egg and got 27 candy.

10km eggs are not hard to get at all.

But mainly I was saying there's no point in trying for a higher level Lapras with as good of IV's and the right moves when you already found one.

BTW I got another Lapras today, doesn't have Blizzard (again), that's 4 now and not a one got Blizzard. You don't know how lucky it is getting the perfect moves. If you don't want it trade it to me :)
