Btw Rare Candies can be used for every Groudon if you convert them to Groudon Candies, not only for exactly that single Groudon

Yes i know, but i would've powered the 98 IV up with the rare candies, and since i rarely do raids and only had 105 rare candies from all raids in total, that would've sucked.
