100% IV Dratini

Two days ago I hatched a 100% IV Dratini wich I evolved directly through Dragonair. I also caught a wild lv 30 Dratini with 66.7 IV. In my chasing area Dratini are quite rare wich means I'll have to wait for candies...
I've got 76 candies so far. Evolving Dragonair to lv 20 Dragonite would cost 24 candies. Charging him to lv 30 would cost 66 more candies (90 total). He would be then 3070 CP with unknown moves...

On the other hand, my wild Dratini is already lv 30, and will be with 48 more candies a 2945 CP Dragonite with 66.7 IV and unknown moves...

The 100% is hard to resist. (I do n't have one)
I'd feel compelled to make a dratini my walking buddy.

I've done this both ways. I would do the 100% first but that's just me.

Evolve the 100% Dragonair, it will have higher CP in gyms.

ofc evolve the 100%IV.
You can earn those needed Candies by walking so yeah...
Like a 100% PK is sooo high value man^^.

Do the 100! If you do the 66, you will regret it in a month.

Do the 100% and cross your fingers and hope for dragon tail and either outrage or hurricane
