100% Confusion/Dazzling Gleam Alakazam

Sigh....what would you do with him? I already have two 86% IV with Confusion/Psychic and now this.

I mean it is a 100% one but this moveset is like....wow, seriously.

Honestly I would keep him and hope at some point in the future we can do move tutoring to fix our pokemon that got junk moves. I'd still keep him as a trophy no matter what

Not that a proper Psycho Cut/Psychic Alakazam could do you well anyway, it's really just a low powered Dragonite. I really do not find any usage scenario where he can do better than Dragonite. Against Lapras, you would use any Grass/Electric or Arcanine and do better.

I hear you, I have a 100% Vaporeon with Aqua Tail. My best Vap with Hydro Pump is 78%.

Aqua Tail performs marginally better against Rhydon because it can fit in between dodges for two Mud Slap or Rock Smash. But yeah, in pretty much every other situation you want Hydro Pump for attacking.
