From 0 to level 40 in 3 days
Some spoofers in my city are using this XP event (each new pokestop giving 4,2K XP with LuckyEgg) to create new L40 accounts.
One of them got a account to 40, not linked to any team, without capturing pokemons or battle in any gym ever in less than 4 days. Are you seeing the same in your areas? I honestly don't understand Niantic's logic with this bonus.

This event is perfectly fine. First of all, this is the most empty xp that you can think of, it is completely meaningless. Second, Niantic is creating these events while keeping normal players in mind. Normal players will just play like they normally do, while hardcore players might travel to a different town for a day just to spin stops. This will gain them half a million xp or so, but that's fine. Extremely hardcore players might go to different towns at several days, and gain a few million xp, but these people are very likely to already be level 40. So they go from 40 million xp to 43 million xp, what's the problem. Of course Niantic is not considering spoofers who sit in their room playing 24/7 to create empty level 40 accounts.
Well, actually around 27-30 days, because they are getting 4x experience for regular spins and 10x for new stop spins. Still, a level 40 account with no mon is pretty useless.
Imagine being told you need to start from scratch. Donate EVERY pokemon to the professor, and start catching all over again. It would take a while to get good again, even if you could power your first pidgey all the way to level 40 on day one.
