Time to grab some coats, as October is coming to a close and November is on its way. Colder months in the Northern Hemisphere can make Pokemon Go a bit more difficult to play, but Niantic is making up for this with a few very interesting tidbits for the game.

Mandibuzz is one of the heavy-hitters in PvP, and one of the queens of Gym Defense (for whatever little bit that actually means nowadays), so the ability to get more of them is going to be a huge boon for many players. This is one of the better breakthroughs that we've had this year, so don't sleep on it!

Evolve Luxio (Shinx’s Evolution) during the event or up to two hours afterward to get a Luxray that knows the Charged Attack Psychic Fangs.
